Course Terms and Conditions
Public Course Booking
In order to secure a place on a public course, the full fee must be paid at the time of making the booking. A booking is made once a course place is agreed to be reserved & full payment is received. If paying by debit/credit card, then payment is confirmed as authorised. If being made without debit/credit card, then places will be held on a temporary basis (5 working days), pending receipt of payment, after the reservation has been made. Course place will be released if payment is not made within that time frame.
Corporate Course Booking
Corporate customers, who have approved credit accounts with us, will be invoiced and will have agreed terms on invoices. Invoices not paid within those terms may be subject to interest payment as set by the Late Payment in Commercial Transactions Regulations 2002.
Public Course Cancellations
On public courses, all places are limited. We aim to keep our course fees as low as possible, so we can offer a cost-effective training solution to you. To be able to do this, we are regrettably forced to charge for cancelled bookings. Cancellations less than 5 working days before a course will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refund is possible. Cancellations made up between 5 & 15 working days’ notice will incur a 50% charge. Full entitlement to a refund is made if a course is cancelled at greater than 15 working days’ notice.
Course Certification
Certification or course completions confirmations cannot be issued until payment is made in full. Certification is by means of an In-house Certificate unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Pricing/Quotes
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. All quotes are valid for 30 days only.
Product Terms and Conditions
Orders will be despatched within 24-48 on receipt of your order.
Delivery is free on orders over €100.00 and charged at current GLS Ireland rates on small orders within the Republic of Ireland.
Where an item has to be returned, goods will only be accepted for credit by arrangement, and if returned in a saleable condition.
If a product is discontinued or unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an equivalent product.
Claims for damages or shortages must be made by email to info@ambicaretraining.ie within 3 working days of receipt of the product.
The risk in the goods shall pass on delivery. The property in goods shall pass when the invoice is paid in full.
