Emergency First Aid Training

This one-day course covers a comprehensive range of topics to prepare participants to administer emergency first aid care. Participants will learn a high level of practical skills so that they can deal competently with any situation that may arise. This course is particularly suited to anyone who is likely to have to respond to emergencies in the home, workplace or in the community. This emergency first aid course will also enable participants to act as a backup to Occupational First Aiders in the workplace. Participants will gain the necessary theoretical knowledge and learn a range of practical first aid skills enabling them to deal competently and confidently with common injuries and illnesses.

Our approach to training incorporates both practical and interactive learning, giving participants the confidence and ability to put theory into practice and to cope with real-life situations that may arise in the workplace, home or community. Our instructors have years of practical experience in front-line emergency care and tutoring all levels of learners. There is no exam or assessment with this course, but full participation is required to receive certification.
